It is difficult to ask for help. Humans like to think we can do it all on our own. I won't spend time trying to explain to you why therapy is good for you or why it works. Therapy is a tool that you can use to discover ways you are being that you couldn't see before. Try it on like a coat. If it doesn’t fit, take it off and try another one. Therapy can be an opportunity to understand how you're feeling, and what you're thinking through a different lens. What I can offer is authenticity and a safe space for you to decompress what you want so you can get back to being the person you want to be. This can be challenging, even scary. But you won't be alone. I’m confident together we can get you the relief you want.
